Account Manager

Job Description

Windfall is searching for an Account Manager to assist their full service adverting agency. This individual must be a high energy, solution-oriented team player who takes responsibility for all aspects of the client relationship and their business. The Account Manager will play a key role in leading brilliant execution of marketing campaigns through the effective use of their marketing skills, agency strengths and communication.

Expectations

Team Player

  • Serves as the primary liaison between client, production team and agency specialists.
  • Provides clear direction to production teams, prioritizes activities and assigns projects
  • Supports multi-channel marketing programs (digital & content marketing, social strategy and more)
  • Reviews creative and assists creative execution
  • Participates in daily account activities
  • Sets and manages multiple project deliverables
  • Possess the ability to work with and manage third-party partners and vendors to meet client objectives.

Strategic Player

  • Establishes strong client relationships by effectively and accurately conversing with clients and delivering against their objectives & needs (owning deadlines and commitments)
  • Assists in the development of diverse client marketing plans
  • Develops, grows and maintains solid relationships with clients, vendors, agency team.
  • Develops, maintains and applies integrated marketing best practices and procedures
  • Contributes to account growth by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and methods to improve internal processes
  • Understands and manages factors related to account profitability, client satisfaction and client retention

Budget Player

  • Assists in the development of project-related financial plans that include revenue, labor costs and relevant expenses
  • Partners with supervisor to develop project cost estimates and manage project costs
  • Responsible for accurate and timely billing (hours tracking, hours estimating)

Must Have

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a full service advertising agency or public relations firm or close equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Has executed cross-channel marketing campaigns (Web, Social, Mobile, Print, Email, and more)
  • Content, video production & event experience is preferred
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Must possess excellent planning, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation and written skills
  • Ability to consistently perform & keep cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment both as an individual contributor, as well as an individual in a team environment
  • Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
  • Occasional travel required across Montana.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns and hungry to learn and grow in the organization.
