Our staff consists of the wise, the young, the "greenies" , the creatives and the geeks. So there's a pretty diverse group but together we make an experienced, smart, environmentally conscious, dedicated machine.

• Alicia — Call Center Lead

• Alicia will make sure you leave our office with a smile on your face. If there were a country called Customer Service Land and Alicia would be the Queen. In fact, I hired her on the spot while she was helping me at one of my favorite Missoula businesses. She was that good... she just had to be a part of the

• Taylar — Call Center/Fulfillment Coordinator

• Taylar is a machine. She keeps things moving, whether she is researching content for a client or processing a huge mailing; she completes the project with amazing precision and speed. Taylar is currently a business student at UM. She enjoys scrapbooking and studying in her spare time.

• Kyle — Graphic Designer

• Kyle has an amazing eye for design. He can (and must) make everything look pretty. He has won national design competitions. His design was selected by one of our major clients and the competing designer had worked for Nike, Ford and Kodak. We're glad he's on our side!

• Jim — Operations Manager

• Jim is an innovator. He actually started playing fantasy football when he was 7 years old — that was in the 1970s. The rest of the world caught on... twenty years later. It is almost as though he can see into the future and in a business where things are in constant motion; he has a knack for taking our clients' needs and applying technology to make sure they stay ahead of industry trends. He is a UM graduate, he loves coaching his kids' sports teams and yes... he is still playing fantasy football.

• Suzanne — Project Manager

• Suzanne has all her ducks in a row. And yes, we are her ducks. She's the one that makes sure your project is done on time, on budget, and exceeds your expectations! In more than nine years of work for advertising agencies small and large, Suzanne has managed clients spanning dozens of industries, including conservation, airlines, government and technology. Her account supervision has covered all forms of media, from print and broadcast to interactive, direct and internal communications. Suzanne is a graduate of UM.

• Erika — Account Manager

• If we were a basketball team, Erika would be the point guard. She brings the ball down the court and sets up the play. She meets with the client and acts as their liaison in our office to make sure their best interest is our priority every step of the way. Erika is a UM Graduate.
